- Free shipping on orders over $50!
- Standard shipping rate is $6 per order.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
- Average Shipping Time: 3-5 business days for the US. International delivery would add up 5-7 days.
Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, and adverse weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as delays may occur with our carriers. The responsibility for delivery issues rests with the shipping company.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please send an email with the subject line "CANCEL." If the item has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Address Corrections
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information or notify us immediately via email. Address corrections can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ship every item with extra padding. However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1000), items may arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit. If this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product
We will gladly send out a replacement free of charge.
